Using Assessments paid by all Members of the Legacy Condominium Owners Association, Legacy's amenities, including the gazebo, clubhouse, and pool, are maintained and managed under this Association.

 

This Association has its own Board, budget, and Assessments, supporting the maintenance of each Condominium building. Additionally, Condominium homeowners are members of the Legacy Community Homeowners Association.
